At first glance, the costume is actually quite good; it faithfully reproduces the character's key elements. The mask is also impressive—the build quality is superb. The epaulettes are arguably the best part of the outfit, and the tunic (dolman) is solid too, despite a few minor flaws. However, there are issues: the red cape (or "wings") is made of poor-quality leather and attaches via a tiny clasp near the neck—a setup that doesn't feel secure and causes the cape to sag slightly. Also, due to the quality of the material and the way the costume was folded, it arrived wrinkled, though this isn't a major issue (an iron will fix it). The biggest disappointment was the belt; it is very poor quality and will be too small regardless, so it should be replaced. The zipper on the main tunic doesn't inspire much confidence, either—nor do the Velcro-based epaulette attachment systems. Otherwise, despite minor flaws, the costume is actually quite good, though it does require some slight modifications.
